This is so mild, as far as smoke goes, but it's good on everything. And I mean everything! Ice cream included.... If I could get a 5/LB bag I would. Would never buy kosher salt again.

This salt, unlike some other smoked flake salts (Maldon) actually hurts with strong smoky flavor. I am really impressed with this and will recommend it to others.
