See our spring recipe for Artichokes Sauteed with Garlic and Whtie Wine
Hand-harvested sea salt from the Bali Sea. Earth, wind, fire and water join to create a natural union that determines the unique crystal character of each salt grain. These pyramids appear during periods of hot mornings and rainy afternoons.
The small, uniform pyramids add a great crunch to finished dishes.
The beautiful large pyramids provide delightful texture. Reserved for royalty, this salt is unique to Bali and quite rare. Crush gently and use as a finishing salt on all dishes.
Limited supply on both the small and large pyramid.
