Avocado and Toast

Thickly slice hearty, rustic Italian bread and toast until golden brown.

Butter liberally with unsalted butter.

Slice a ripe avocado and place on top of toast.

Sprinkle with Fleur de Sel and ground Cubeb Peppercorns.
