Breakfast Sausage with Sagemary Salt
Serves 4 to 6
These scrumptious patties are very quick to put together. Mix the sausage with your hands or a wooden spoon. Serve with pancakes or your favorite eggs scattered with extra Sagemary Sea Salt Blend.
2 lbs. ground pork
2 tsp. Sagemary Sea Salt Blend
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves, optional
¼ tsp. ground allspice
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
2 large eggs
1-2 TB Oil
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Heat some oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Spoon sausage into skillet and flatten to form a patty. Brown well, turn over, and brown second side. Remove to a plate lined with paper to drain and serve.
