In a medium pot with a tight-fitting lid, heat 2-4 tablespoons vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Toss in a couple of corn kernels. When the kernels pop, the oil is hot enough to add ¼ cup corn kernels and 2 tablespoons of your favorite didi davis food Kettle Corn Seasoning Blend. Stir to mix and cover the pot. Shake the pan directly over the heat until the popping slows down to once every few seconds. Immediately transfer to a bowl so the sugar does not burn. Serve and enjoy.
Note: If you would like butter, melt unsalted butter and mix in after you have transfered the kettle corn to a bowl.
* Please note: our seasoning blends do not include corn kernels.

I tried all of these and they are great...but the chile is incredible with a beer or a cosmo. Kettle corn is my new appetizer for company.
