Cut onions in wedges. Coat with olive oil and Savory Syrah Salt. Place on baking pan and roast in 400 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour, tossing every 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve as a topping or side with a red meat of your choice, such as steak or pork.
