Baked Potato with Savory Syrah Salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Scrub the outsides of the sweet potato well, then dry. Place on oven rack and bake for 45 minutes to an hour, or until cooked through. Serve immediately smothered in butter and topped with Savory Syrah Salt.
