Tomato and Mozzarella Salad

Slice beautifully ripe tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese. Arrange the tomatoes on a platter. Top with cheese slices and sprinkle with Black Cyprus Sea Salt. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
