Rum and Coke with Vanilla Salt

Let this easy cocktail take you back to the late 1930s when one would order a Vanilla coke and fries. The vanilla salt provides the perfect balance to the coke and rum, which I have often found to be too sweet for my liking. You’ll be surprised at how good this is!

Coke 
Goslings Dark Rum (this rum is a must)
didi davis food Vanilla Salt

Wet the lip of a glass and rip with Vanilla Salt. Add ice to the glass and fill with 1/4 rum and 3/4 coke. Stir and enjoy!
