Our Sicilian Sea Salt is harvested at the Natural Reserve of Trapani. The Natural Reserve was created not only to protect the last wetlands of western Sicily, but also the salt works. The significance of the salt works dates back to 1572, when the port of Trapani became the most important in Europe for the export of this precious Sicilian Sea Salt.
Available in fine and coarse.

This was one of the first salts I ordered and is now a must have. It makes me feel like I am seaside with the fresh ocean flavor. I use it to rim a glass on meat and fish, pizza crust or just about anything. Super crunch. My favorite.

I Love this Sea Salt! I spent 2 years living in Italy, there is a difference in the fish and shellfish, that come from the Mediterranean, because the sea has more salt, than the oceans that are on the coasts of the USA. I can taste the sea in this salt, I have tried many sea salts from around the world, this is the only one that gives me the senses and taste of the sea.
