I love rosemary on my bbq steak so I had to give this a shot. Rubbed it on a ribeye and let it sit for about an hour and a half at room temp. One of the tastiest steaks I've ever had. Definitely a must buy if you like rosemary.

This is the BEST salt blend to have if you're new to blends. It's wonderful on steaks, chicken, eggs, oven fries, and with sauteed onions & mushrooms. The tastiest use, though, is on grilled or seared lamb chops. I like to pan sear them and have the salt make a thin crust on the outside. Mmmmmm!!! You won't be sorry you tried this.

I just used as rub on a butterflied boneless lamb and the taste was perfect. So easy!
