Wagyu Terroir Plains Seasoning Salt marries perfectly Wagyu golden oil to the tastes of lush greens and grasses from the Midwestern prairie. The natural plant diet of the cattle captures the flavors of the earth and those flavors are uniquely mirrored in this seasoning salt blend. The diverse mixture of artisanal sea salts from around the globe add surprising layers of texture. The blend is enriched with Wagyu golden oil, enhancing the natural Wagyu flavor reflected in the steers’ diet and terroir.
Use as a finishing salt.
Ingredients: A blend of various sea salts, smoked salt, paprika, peppercorns, sugar, Wagyu oil.
