I bought it on a whim. For a few weeks couldn't think what to do with it. Then, one night I had a wood-fired Margerita Pizza. I got out some arugula, dressed it with some Wild Cherry Balsamic vinegar and put it on top of the pizza. That's now my favorite pizza. The vinegar gave it just the right amount of acidity with the perfect amount of sweetness.
