5 New Ways to Use Pumpkin Pie Spice

It is amazing how may ways you can spice up your autumn cooking with this versatile blend. Roasted Squash Soup

Pork Tenderloin
Blend some pumpkin pie spice with olive oil and rub onto a pork tenderloin. Pan-fry the tenderloin as you would a steak or broil about 4 inches from the heating element.

Potato Pancakes
Potato pancakes are quick to throw together. Mix grated potatoes, minced onion, egg, sea salt, and some pumpkin pie spice. Saute in oil in a hot pan until well browned and crisp on the edges.

Popcorn
Mix pumpkin pie spice into melted butter (or olive oil) and toss with warm popcorn.
