Cherry Wood Smoked Sea Salt


Product Description

Pure sea salt is slowly smoked over cherry wood. Our salt is 100% natural, wood smoked, with no artificial flavors or additives. Choose between fine or coarse grain.

Fine grain adds a touch of crunch when used as a finishing salt or works very well in cooking, marinades, or rubs.

Our coarse grain is a wonderful finishing salt with a soft, mild crunch. Can also be used in a grinder.

Both salts are dry sea salts.

Use As a Finishing Salt on:
Meats, Poultry, Seafood
Egg Dishes
Rice or Potatoes
Composed Salad with meats and/or cheeses
Ice Cream
On top of Chocolate or Caramel Sauces

Use in Cooking with:
Stews and braises
In a Rub or Marinade
In Chocolate or Caramel Sauces

    Love the cherry wood smoked salt sprinkled on corn on the cob. Sprinkled on a lettuce and tomato sandwich - you'll think there is bacon on it! This stuff is addicting!

    This salt is fantastic !I had to hide it from the kids. They were eating it right out of the jar. It takes anything you put it on to a new level. Buying 1 lb. bags for Christmas for all my cooking friends.

    This stuff is great! I love to make ribs and briskets, and pork shoulders, and this salt is ten times better then your standard table salt. It gives the food that right amount of smoky sweet flavor that is bacon like. And who doesn't like bacon!?

    I use the Smoked Cherry Wood Salt to season peas, beans, greens, etc., instead of bacon. Put it in a pot of boiling water, with bay leaves, and sweet paprika. Next,add peas, beans or other vegetables.
    ( To spice it up even more, add chopped sweet onion, and a splash of hot sauce.)Your heart will thank you for not using oil, or bacon fat. It takes less sea salt to season the food than regular salt. Good for the body! It's Yummy too!
