New Peppercorn Collection

We sprinkle pepper daily over much of our food as a warm, spicy condiment. With our tower collection of peppercorns you may venture off the pepper path and try the different types on specific dishes. We have selected 5 for your experimentation. Ranging in heat, spice, and color, these peppercorns offer a unique way to test and pick your favorite.

Collection Includes:

• Lampung/Lampong Pepper - 10 grams -grown in Indonesia, these peppercorns are smaller than typical pepper as they are picked as soon as they are ripe and not left on the vine to mature. They have a strong heat with pine and citrus notes.  Use with all food.
• Oak Smoked Cracked Pepper - 6 grams - this cracked pepper has a delicious smoke flavor from smoking over oak staves. Wonderful over meats, poultry, soups, stews, and any dish where you would like a smoky accent.
• Pink Pepper - 4 grams - not a true pepper, these pink peppercorns grow on a shrub native to South America. Soft and sweet, they are a nice addition to creamy dishes, seafood, and on fresh cheeses. See allergy information, below**
• Green Pepper - 8 grams - tangy and bright with a mild fresh flavor, green peppercorns are unripe black peppercorns. Use with all food.
• Sarawak Pepper - 10 grams - grown in the state of Sarawak in Malaysia, these peppercorns are a medium size with a bold flavor with hints of woodsy, fruity, and cocoa flavors. Use with all food.
